I’m highly skeptical but sadly not immune to the barrage of marketing for various wellness gummies. I have a clean, precise daily supplement routine but find it difficult to resist these sample packs of actual candy when visiting Erewhon et al. I like trying things! My long-held philosophy when it comes to beauty products (whether I like them or not) is that if you think something personally works for you, then it works. With supplements, it’s much less clear. How do you really know if they’re doing anything? What do you need in the first place? How are you even supposed to feel?

It’s no surprise that the branding for nearly everything in this category is female millennial coded. My nightmare, but we live in a society and this is the way it is now. Here are some I’ve tried for fun. This actually is my idea of fun.
